Due to issues in politics and government, the immigration system in the United States is highly complex and slow-moving. Ms. Lane has a strong appreciation for the immigration system, as she is an immigrant. She started her practice in immigration law in Michigan, but due to the gravity of clients she was receiving in Chicago, especially Turkish, she decided to move her principal office to the “Windy City”.
